Welcome
to the Hadley Public School's Health Office. Our goal is to enable
every child to be as healthy as possible in order for them to be ready
to learn.
Each school has a full time
registered nurse. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to
inform the school nurse of any health condition that may impact their
child while at school. It is the responsibility of the school nurse
working with parents/guardians, teachers, and other staff to develop an
individualized health care plan for any student that has a significant
health care need.
Please make sure your
child’s school knows how to reach you during the day. Keep all
information on your child’s Emergency Contact Card current.
Remember:
Sick children belong at home. Well children belong in school. And the
best way to prevent illness is frequent hand washing!
